Program Overview
This programme is the first of its kind in Borneo, designed to produce professionals in property valuation, estate agency, property management, and construction project management. It emphasizes real estate economics, construction technology, project planning, and sustainable property development, aligning with Sarawak’s urban growth, infrastructure expansion, and green economy goals under PCDS 2030.
Students gain practical exposure through studio work, site visits, and a compulsory 16‑week industrial training, ensuring strong employability in both property and construction sectors.

Study Duration
- 3.5 years (full‑time, on‑campus, Sibu)
- Standard completion time: 7 semesters

Admission Requirements
- STPM: Pass in 2 subjects or CGPA ≥ 2.0 + pass in Mathematics & English (SPM).
- STAM: Minimum Grade Jayyid + pass in Mathematics & English (SPM).
- Matriculation/Foundation: CGPA ≥ 2.00.
- Diploma (MQF Level 4): CGPA ≥ 2.00.
- UEC: Minimum Grade B in 5 subjects.
- DKM/DLKM/DVM: CGPA ≥ 2.5 (Senate approval) or CGPA ≥ 2.0 + 2 years’ work experience.
- English Requirement: MUET Band 3 or CEFR Low B2.
