- STPM / A‑Levels / UEC with strong passes in Mathematics
- Foundation or Diploma in ICT/Science/Engineering with minimum CGPA ≥ 2.5
- IELTS ≥ 6.0 / TOEFL iBT ≥ 75 / MUET Band ≥ 4
- Anak Sarawak (MyKad “K” status), first bachelor’s degree, full‑time enrollment, no other scholarships or loans
